About the Course

Diploma in Project Management is designed to equip the trainee with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable him to perform administrative duties as a middle level manager in an organization.

A graduate of this course will be able to work in a salaried or self-employment and that is why units like entrepreneurship, communication skills and information communication technology have been integrated into the system.

By the end of this course, the trainee should be able to:

    Grandaunts of this course can work in salaried or self-employment as project coordinators, project assistant, project officers, community development officers, proposal development officers, project managers, program managers, business development managers, self-employed business managers, grant writers etc

  • Course Duration: This course takes 12 months of full studies.

    Examining Body

    The course structure, study materials, past papers, continuous assessment tests and final qualifying examination are provided by an internationally recognized examination body that administer examinations and certificates of completion and graduation for a number of international courses.

    The course is organized into three modules which the trainee must complete as follows:

    a) Financial and Cost accounting

    b) Fundamentals of strategic management

    c) Risk management in projects

    d) Principles and practices of project management

    e) Research project
